I am having a bit of a tough time lately, and I'm not sure what to do. I've been feeling super exhausted and my stress levels are off the charts. I heard about this aswagandharishtam stuff from a friend, and it sounds like it might help. I tried it once, and I felt a little better, but then the fatigue came back with a vengeance. I know aswagandharishtam is supposed to be good for energy or, like, balancing things out, right? But I can't seem to get the dosages right or how often to take it! Should I be mixing it with something? Just worried I’m not doing it right! Any advice would be amazing!
