I am really curious about how to consume shilajit, but honestly, I feel a bit lost. So, I recently started taking it because a friend raved about its benefits, especially for energy. But now, I'm wondering if I'm doing it right. I just kind of mixed some with warm water, but am I supposed to take it on an empty stomach or with food? Also, I heard it can be strong if taken wrong, and I've been feeling slightly nauseous after taking it sometimes. Should I be concerned, or is this normal? I can't seem to find clear answers on how to consume shilajit properly! What’s the best way really?
