I am really confused about how to use shilajit. I recently read about it and thought it could help with my energy levels, especially since I feel so drained lately. I bought some from an Ayurvedic store, and the packaging says to mix it with warm water or milk, but I’m not sure what’s best. Also, should I take it every day? Sometimes I forget, then I’m worried I’m not getting the benefits. My friend said it helped her so much, but I feel like I’m not using it right. How to use shilajit for maximum effect? Any tips would be super helpful!
