I am suffering from vestibular imbalance and also from mild parkinson's. Please advice line of treatment. I have mild tremors in my legs down from my knee. Suffering from ENT problems for about 2 years. I also suffer from tinnitus off and on in mostly my right ear and very rarely get a feeling of getting it in my left ear also. At times my gets blocked and noise tolerance becomes very difficult. Please advice. I am a staunch believer in Ayurveda

Your condition- vestibular imbalance with mild Parkinson’s disease, tinnitus , and associated ENT issues

1) VESTIBULAR IMBALANCE this means your inner ear and brain are having trouble working together to maintain your balance. You may feel -dizziness -unsteadiness while walking -occasional spinning sensation- vertigo -sensitivity to sound or light

2) MILD PARKINSON’S DISEASE this is a slow, long-term nervous system condition. You may notice -mild tremors in your legs -slight stiffness -slowness in movement -sometimes difficulty with balance or walking

3) TINNITUS AND EAR ISSUES you may hear ringing, buzzing, or feel your ears are blocked. this comes and goes, especially in your right ear.

Your symptoms suggest a vata imbalance, especially prana vata and udana vata, which governs nervous system activity, balance and hearing. The following symptoms align with vata derangement -tremors- indicative of mild Parkinson’s = kampavata -Vestibular issues, vertigo imbalance= bhrama -tinnitus and ear blockage- Karna nada and Karna purana -noise intolerance- also vata pitta disturbance

GOAL OF TREATMENT -balance the nervous system and vata dosha= main cause of tremors, tinnitus and imbalance -improve circulation and nerve health -strengthen brain and ear function -slow down the progression of parkinson’s -support your digestion and blood suggar -enhance quality of life and reduce stress

INTERNALLY START WITH

1) SARASWATARISHTA- 15 ml with water after meals for 3-6 months =improves memory, nervous function, calms mind

2) ASHWAGANDHA CHURNA- 1 tsp with warm milk at bedtime =reduces tremors, strengthens nerves and muscles

3) BRAHMI VATI- 1 tab twice daily for 2-3 months =boosts brain activity and focus

4) KALYANAK GHRITA- 1 tsp on empty stomach with warm milk for 2-3 months =supports brain health, ear health, and balance

5) EKANGVEER RAS- 1 tab daily after meals for 1-2 months =helps with nerve pain and tremors in legs

6) SMRITISAGAR RAS- 125 mg with honey or warm water once in morning for 1 month =useful for tremors and nervous weakness

DAILY HABITS -wake up before 6:30 am -light oil massage daily using mahanarayan taila -warm bath -eat on time , avoid skipping meals -walk slowly after meals daily for digestion -stayin calm, quite environment

YOGA ASANA do gentle yoga. avoid fast or high balance poses -vrikshasana- for support -tasasana- for posture and balance -shavasana- deep relaxation -vajrasana- sit after meals for digestion

PRANAYAM -bhramari = humming bee sound- good for tinnitus and calming mind -anulom vilom= alternate nostril breathing -ujjayi pranayam= for mental clarity

HOME REMEDIES -keep ear hygiene good but avoid using earbuds or harsh cleaning -avoid loud sound and stress -apply few drops of warm sesame oil around the ear- not inside -take warm water sips throughout the day -get 7-8 hours of sleep daily- avoid late nights -use herbal steam inhalation- with tulsi, ajwain- if nose is blocked
