I am really confused about this herb called bhumi amla. I started hearing about it when I visited this Ayurvedic clinic last month because I was feeling super sluggish all the time. Like, I could barely get out of bed some mornings. The doc mentioned what is bhumi amla and how it could help with my energy levels but I didn't really catch much else. I mean, am I the only one who struggles to keep up with all the names of these herbs? I assumed it was like some magic pill but after going home and looking it up, I’m still lost! I noticed my digestion isn't great either, kinda bloated and uncomfortable most days. Like, could bhumi amla help with that too? Or is it more about boosting energy? I just wanna know what is bhumi amla in simple terms, and honestly, should I even be trying it? It's hard to find honest info with all these fancy words being thrown around. Any advice would be fantastic since I’m feeling like I’m going in circles here!
