I am really confused about when to take liv 52. It all started about a month ago when I noticed I was feeling super sluggish and had this weird bloating after every meal. I decided to get some tests done, and the doc suggested my liver could use a little support, which led me to liv 52. I read that it can help with liver health, but I'm not sure the best time to take it. Should I take liv 52 before or after meals? Or does it matter at all? I heard somewhere that taking things on an empty stomach can be more effective, but also think I read that food helps absorption, right? Ugh! It's so confusing! I tried taking it after dinner for a few nights, but I still don’t feel like it’s making a difference. Does anyone have experience with this? Like, when to take liv 52 to actually feel its benefits? Any tips would be super helpful, thanks! I'm just feeling kinda lost here.
