I am really confused about something and hoping you all can help me out. Lately, I've been looking into herbal remedies for my chronic fatigue and anxiety issues, and I keep coming across the term "guduchi." But then I see "giloy" mentioned all over the place too, and I can't figure out if they are the same or what. I remember talking to a friend who swears by guduchi teas, saying it boosts immunity and helps with energy. I tried it for a couple weeks, but honestly, I didn't feel much different. Then I found some giloy capsules online, but are they actually the same thing as guduchi? Just to add to the mix, my mom mentioned that both have amazing benefits for digestion (which I struggle with), but if they're the same, should I be spending time on both?
