I am really worried about my liver health, guys. A few weeks ago, I had my routine blood test done and my doctor told me that my SGPT and SGOT levels are way higher than normal. Like, really high! I was shocked because I don’t drink alcohol and thought I was living a healthy lifestyle. Lately, I’ve been feeling some fatigue and occasional right-side discomfort, which totally freaked me out. I've been doing some digging online, but there’s just too much info out there. I want to know how to reduce sgpt and sgot levels in ayurvedic ways, you know? I read that some herbs like milk thistle and turmeric might help — are they legit? Also, is there a specific diet? Should I be avoiding certain foods or incorporating more of others? Just because you don’t drink or do anything wrong doesn’t mean the liver can’t get overburdened — it happens from long-term stress, spicy or oily foods, late meals, too many medications, or even just your body’s own heat (Pitta) getting stuck in the liver. That fatigue, right-side heaviness, and raised enzymes are your liver’s way of saying “I need help clearing this out.” The good part is, if you support it naturally now, it can bounce back fully. We use herbs that are cooling, anti-inflammatory, and help the liver detox gently without any harsh push. You’ll need a few weeks of clean diet, regular medicine, and some rest for the liver to repair itself. No need to panic — just some regular care, and it will slowly reflect in your next test.
