I am really trying to find some guidance here. Over the last couple of months, I’ve been dealing with this persistent fatigue, like no matter how much I sleep, I just can’t shake it off. My diet is decent, and I thought it was just stress from work, but it feels deeper than that. I spoke to a friend who recommended Nagarjuna Normen Tablets for improving my energy levels. She swears by them! Now I’m wondering if they could actually help me or if they’re just another fad. I read online that Nagarjuna Normen Tablets are supposed to help with hormonal balance too, and since my cycles have been off lately—like super irregular—I thought, maybe that’s linked?
