I am really struggling with these weird symptoms, and I'm just trying to figure out what’s going on. Over the last few months, I've been feeling super drained, like I’m constantly battling fatigue, and I also notice this weird heaviness in my chest. I started looking into natural remedies and kept coming across Dhootapapeshwar Pravala Pishti, but honestly, I’m really confused about how it actually works.
