Kabaj, ya constipation ka samadhan Ayurveda mein sambhav hai, lakin pehle ye samjhna zaroori hai ke aapki prakriti kya hai aur aapke agni (digestive fire) ka kya stithi hai. Agar aap Vata prakriti ke hain, toh aapko ya Vata dosha ka santulan bigda hua hai, toh aapko khana peene me garam aur trem types ke aahar ko apnaana hoga.

Pehla upay hai apni diet ko theek karna. Aapko zyada tel aur masale wale khane se bachna hoga, kyunki ye vata aur pitta dosha ko aur badha sakta hai. Har din garm paani piye, ye apki anay vikar aur constipation ko door karne mein help karega. Har subeh garam pani ke sath nimbu milakar peeye.

Aap triphala powder ko apni daily routine mein shamil karein. Raat ko sone se pehle ek chamach triphala churna lukewarm paani ke sath lein. Ye aapko digestion ko sudharne mein aur waste elimination mein help karega.

Aap garm doodh se parhez karein, lekin agar doodh lena jaroori ho, toh usme sonth (dry ginger powder) milakar pi sakte hain. Ye aapke lambhargni ko balance karke gas kam karega.

Yoga, aur daily walk ko apne routine mp samil karien kyunki yeh vata aur pitta ko control karne mein madadgar hai. Paschimottanasana aur Pawanmuktasana jaise asan aapko relif denge.

Aalu, rajma aur chane jaise gas banane wale apadharth se thodi doori banaye. Har marha baad ghritzavapita (ghee milay) khana ya khichdi farraar ho sakta hai kyunki ye saamanya digestion aur bowel movements ko promote karta hai.

Roj subah khali pet nimbu aur shoney ke saath garam pani bhi le sakte hain.

Dusri baat, apna bhojan sadhna kare. Bahut zyada tel walah aur masaledar khana, milk ya milk produce khane se bachne ki koshish karein, kyunki ye vyashti gasses banata hai. Iski jagah, salita aur saaf bhojan, jaise ki sabjiyan aur fiber-rich anna grahan karein.

Tulsi and Jeera ka kadha (decoction) pratidin do bar le. Yeh aapke vata ko shama karega aur pachan sudhaarega. Saath hi, ajwain aur hing ka prayog bhi gas aur bloating ko kam karne mein madadgar ho sakta hai.
