I am feeling kinda lost with my health lately... I just started taking this thing called Dabur Drakshavaleha after hearing about it from a friend who swears by it. I’ve been super stressed with work and my mom’s been sick, plus I never really get enough sleep. Anyway, I’ve been feeling more drained than usual, and my digestion’s been off too. I read somewhere that Dabur Drakshavaleha can be good for boosting energy and digestion, but I honestly don’t know if it’s working for me yet. I tried some the other day and it tasted okay, but now I’m wondering if I should be taking it daily?? I don’t wanna overdo it or mix it with stuff that could cause issues ya know? I also noticed some weird bloating after I took it yesterday, and now I’m just kinda worried. Could that be a normal side effect? Or am I just being too paranoid?
