Lately I’ve been dealing with stubborn scalp problems—persistent dandruff, constant itching, and an oily scalp that never feels fresh. Along with that, my hair fall has become alarming, with strands coming out every time I wash or brush. The thinning is starting to show, making me anxious about losing volume and overall hair health. The flakes are embarrassing, the itch is distracting, and the oiliness makes everything worse. I need real, practical solutions to fix this.

HELLO RAJ JI, I understand how frustating it might be. The condition of hair and skin are indicators of our overall health.So, internal medicine and external treatment both are needed. Treatment - 1.Amalaki rasayan -5gm twice a day after lunch and dinner 2. Bhringraj tablet 2-0-2 after meals. 3. Badam Rogan oil - 2-2 drops in each nostril either in the morning empty stomach or at bedtime. 4.For hair growth - Castor oil mixed with coconut oil- Apply on the hair and massage gently.Use twice a week. .For dandruff - Tankan bhasma -5gms - Mix it with coconut oil and apply on hair ,leave for 2-3 hours and then shampoo

Diet- Eat antioxidant and vitamin c,E rich diet . Eat amla, spinach,dates, soaked and peeled almonds. Avoid fast food, oily food. Yoga- Anulomvilom,Adhomukhashavasan, Uttanasan Lifestyle modifications - Take atleast 7 hours of sound sleep. If itching is a major concern, boil neem leaves and use the strained decoction to rinse your hair post-shampoo. Do this twice a week. For persistent dandruff, prepare a paste using fenugreek seeds soaked overnight. Apply it on your scalp, let it sit for half an hour before rinsing off.
