I am really confused about this whole situation with my health. A while ago, I started feeling super tired all the time, like no matter how much sleep I got, I was dragging myself through each day. I’ve been reading a lot about natural remedies and stumbled upon Baidyanath Shilajitvadi Bati (Ord). It says it’s good for energy, right? Anyway, I thought, why not give it a shot? A friend recommended it too. I’ve been taking it for about two weeks, and honestly not sure if it’s helping or it's just my mind playing tricks on me. I was hoping to feel more awake, maybe even a little peppy?? But I’m still battling this fatigue and even had some random headaches lately! I don’t know if it’s related to the Baidyanath Shilajitvadi Bati (Ord) or just my usual stress from work. Also, I read somewhere that it could potentially help with everything from digestion to anxiety? Does anybody know if I can take it with other stuff I’m on? Like my vitamins or even my occasional headache pills? I’m just anxious about mixing everything.
