●IIngredients (equal quantities): • Almonds – cooling, balsamic, eye nourishing • Rock sugar – cooling, chemical, energizing • Fennel seeds – eye-healthy (beneficial for the eyes), digestive improver Grind all of them in equal quantities. (Example: 100g almonds + 100g sugar candy + 100g fennel seeds) ●How to consume: Dosage: 1 to 2 teaspoons per day Take with milk at bedtime or with warm water in the morning on an empty stomach.
