Triphla ghrita  - 1 tsp in morning for lens nourishment
Triphla eyewash- soak triphla choran overnight , then strain the water throgh fine cloth for 3-4 times and the wash eyes with this
Saptamrita lauh - 1-2 tab in afternoon for strengthening vision

ksheerbala oil - massage souls of feet with this oil for 15-20 min for calming nerovous system
triphla tab - 2 tab at night with warm water
Elaneer kuzhambu - it is coconut based eye drop - use 1-2 drop in both eyes  once a day ( It causes STRONG STINGING SENSATION so if you can’ t bear the sensation dont use it )
