आंखों में 24 घंटे लगातार दर्द रहना और दृष्टि का धीरे-धीरे धुंधला होना सामान्य समस्या नहीं है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह नेत्रगत वात-पित्त विकार, आंखों की कमजोरी, अधिक स्क्रीन उपयोग, नींद की कमी या किसी नेत्र रोग का संकेत हो सकता है। त्रिफला घृत 1 चम्मच गुनगुने दूध के साथ रात में लें। सप्तामृत लौह 2 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद लें। त्रिफला चूर्ण 3–5 ग्राम रात को गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें, जिससे पाचन सुधरे और नेत्रों को पोषण मिले। आंखों पर दिन में 2–3 बार ठंडे पानी के छींटे मारें। आहार (Diet) गाजर, आंवला, हरी सब्जियां, पपीता, अनार एवं देसी घी का सेवन बढ़ाएं। दूध, बादाम एवं किशमिश लाभदायक हैं। अत्यधिक मिर्च-मसाले, तला-भुना भोजन, जंक फूड, कोल्ड ड्रिंक और देर रात जागना बंद करें। जीवनशैली (Lifestyle) मोबाइल, टीवी और कंप्यूटर का उपयोग सीमित करें। पर्याप्त 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें। सुबह हरी घास पर नंगे पैर चलना और नियमित प्राणायाम (अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी) करें। पढ़ते या स्क्रीन देखते समय बीच-बीच में आंखों को आराम दें।

Aankhon mein 24 ghante dard rehna aur drishti (vision) ka lagatar dhundla hona yeh sanket deta hai ki aankhon par ya toh bohot zyada strain hai, ya fir koi underlying pathological condition develop ho rahi hai. Aapki behtari ke liye, main iska poora vishleshan aur ayurvedic drishtikon niche de raha hoon. ⚠️ Sabse Pehli aur Mahatvapurna Salah (Urgent Medical Action) ••Aankhon ki roshni ka dhundla hona ek Red Flag (sanket) hai. Koi bhi ayurvedic gharelu upchar ya aushadhi shuru karne se pehle, aapko ek Ophthalmologist (Aankhon ke doctor) se milkar kuch basic tests turant karwane chahiye: ••Refraction Test: Yeh dekhne ke liye ki chashme ka number toh nahi badla. Intraocular Pressure (IOP) Check: Aankhon ke andar ka pressure check karna zaroori hai (Glaucoma/Kala Motia ko rule out karne ke liye, jisme 24 ghante dard ho sakta hai). Fundus Examination: Retina ki janch ke liye. 🌿 Ayurvedic Chikitsa aur Upchar (Line of Treatment) ••Ayurveda mein netra rogon ke liye Chakshushya (aankhon ke liye hitkar) aushadhiyon aur Kriya Kalpa (local therapies) ka vidhan hai. Aap kisi nikatmi Ayurvedic chikitsak ki dekhrekh mein niche diye gaye upchar shuru kar sakte hain: 1. Sthanik Chikitsa (Local Eye Therapies) ••Netra Tarpana (Sabse Prabhavi): Yeh netra rogon ki sabse behtarin therapy hai. Isme udad ke aate se aankhon ke charo taraf boundary banakar, usme gunguna Triphala Ghrita ya Go-Ghrita (Cows Ghee) bhara jata hai. Yeh dhundlapan aur dard dono ko jad se khatam karne mein madad karta hai. Aapko kisi Ayurvedic clinic mein yeh karwana chahiye. ••Aschyotana (Ayurvedic Eye Drops): Classical formulations jaise Nayanachuda Drop ya Netramrita Drop (ya fir plain pure Gulab Jal) ki 2-2 boond din mein do baar dali ja sakti hain. (Kripya market ke generic drops lene se pehle doctor se salah lein). 2. Abhyantara Aushadhi (Oral Medicines) Triphala Ghrita: 1 chammach gungune doodh ya paani ke saath raat ko sote samay lein. Yeh Alochaka Pitta ko shant karta hai aur drishti ko teez karta hai. ••Saptamrit Lauha: 250 mg (1 goli) subah-shaam Asopalav ya shahad (honey) aur ghee ke mishran ke saath lein. Yeh netra rogon ki sabse prasiddh ras-aushadhi hai. Maha Triphala Churna: 3 gram churna gungune paani ke saath raat ko lein. 3. Gharelu Aur Saral Upay ••Triphala Netra Prakshalana (Eye Wash): 1 chammach Triphala churna ko 1 glass paani mein raat ko bhigo dein. Subah use acche se kapde se chan (filter) lein, taaki koi kan na rahe. Is paani se apni aankhon ko dhoen (wash karein). ••Padabhyanga (Foot Massage): Raat ko sote samay pairon ke talvon (soles) par Kasee (Bronze) ki katori se ya haath se Ghee ya Til ke tel ki malish karein. Ayurveda ke anusar, pairon ke talvon ka seedha sambandh netra drishti se hota hai. 🍽️ Pathya-Apathya (Diet & Lifestyle) ••Kya Khayein: Ghee, amla, hara dhaniya, gaajar, palak, badam, aur kishmish ka sevan badhayein. ••Kya Na Khayein: Zyada teekha (spicy), namkeen (salty), aur aamla (sour) khana bilkul band kar dein, kyunki yeh Pitta ko badhakar aankhon mein jalan aur dard paida karta hai. ••Digital Detox: Mobile aur Laptop ka screen time turant kam karein. Agar kaam karna zaroori ho, toh har 20 minute mein 20 second ke liye door dekhein (20-20-20 Rule).
