droping water, itching and blurry vision in both eyes. most of time in office it is mandatory for me to sit before desk top computer/laptop.

1. Eye lubrication Use fine eye eye drops 2–3 times daily Keeps eyes moist, reduces watering + blur 2. Triphala eye care Wash eyes with cool Triphala water (filtered properly) once daily Or take Triphala churna ½ tsp at night with warm water 3. Simple daily practices Follow 20-20-20 rule (every 20 min, look 20 feet away for 20 sec) Blink frequently (reduces dryness) Avoid direct AC air on face Splash cold water on eyes 2–3 times/day 4. Diet & lifestyle Include ghee, soaked almonds, carrot, green vegetables Reduce excess screen time, spicy & fried food 5. For itching (allergic tendency) 1 tsp Amla juice daily helps reduce Pitta
