Best mudras Pran Mudra Anulom vilom ke saath ya alag se Angutha + anamikā + kanishtika ko milakar 10 to 15 minute, din mein 2 baar Netron ki roshni, nerve strength aur fatigue mein labhdayak Surya Mudra Anamikā ungli ko anguthe ke jad se dabakar 10 minute subah Drishti ki mandagni aur metabolic weakness mein upyogi Shakti Mudra Haath band karke ungliyan andar fold karke 5 to 10 minute Eye strain aur vata shaman ke liye Ayurvedic support treatment Triphala churna 3 to 5 gram raat ko sone se pehle garam pani ke saath Saptamrita Lauh 1 tablet subah shaam khane ke baad Anu taila nasya 2 drops har nostril subah (doctor supervision preferred) Netra tarpana therapy ghee se weekly once (very effective for vision improvement) Diet advice Ghee 1 to 2 teaspoon daily Amla, carrot, green leafy vegetables Screen time kam karein aur neend poori lein
