Yes—Itone Eye Drops can cause mild to moderate stinging initially, but usually less intense than Patanjali Drishti Eye Drops. These drops contain herbal extracts (like Neem, Tulsi, Honey, etc.) which help in netra shodhana (eye cleansing) and balancing Pitta. Mild burning at first is considered a cleansing response, especially if eyes are dry or sensitive. Important points: Mild, short-term burning (10–30 seconds) → acceptable Severe or prolonged irritation → not suitable for your eyes Since you had strong reaction before, start with 1 drop only and observe
