Hey, how old are you? This can be due to vision disturbances, worsening pre existing vision conditions or ambylopic changes. Consult an ophthalmologist to do a vision test and do take their advise to correct the vision issues. From an ayurvedic perspective for better results you can use triphala kashaya as eye wash every day and saptamruta louha 1tab at night. Also perform eye excercise. Take jeevanthyadi ghrta 1tsp every morning. Mix it with hinguashtak choorna if you feel any appetite reduction. It will prevent your vision loss from worsening and help gradually normalise your vision
Heavy eyes mild headache while reading mostly eye strain or weak eyesight. Take Take Triphala powder 1 tsp at night with warm water. Wash eyes with clean cool water 2–3 times daily. Reduce mobile use. Sleep 7–8 hours If problem continues, get your eye power checked. You may need glasses.
