I have ear problem my left ear has hole in eardrum always tinnitus in left ear and too much hearing loss in right ear left ear has also hearing loss Nowadays I have also gas and bloating in my stomach kindly tell me ayurvedic medicine for hearing problem and tinnitus

For Gas you can take 1. Dhanwantaram Gulika 1-1-1 before food ( chew and take) Avoid brinjal, potato, chana, rajma, green peas, bread, bakery items. Take only cooked vegetables, no raw vegetables. Donot sit or sleep soon after food , take few small steps. No vigorous walking. Consume warm water whenever you feel you are unable to pass gas or motions Do Yogasanas : Pawammuktasana, paschimotasana, shashankasana, bujanagasan, Malasana.
