Mahamanjistadi kadha 15 ml twice daily after food with water will help as blood purifier and prevent acne formation. Kutajarist 10ml. –Your symptoms suggest that your Samana Vayu (the digestive regulator) became disturbed after excessive fasting. Because of this, digestion has become irregular, causing bloating, alternating loose motion and constipation, irregular hunger, dryness, and acidity. The main goal is to stabilize digestion (Agni) rather than strongly cooling Pitta or heating Vata. Advice: • Eat regular meals and do not skip breakfast. • Prefer warm, cooked foods (like rice, moong dal khichdi, cooked vegetables). • Add 1–2 tsp ghee daily to support digestion. • Drink a mild digestive tea of fennel, coriander, and cumin after meals. • Avoid fasting, cold foods, raw salads, fried foods, and very spicy food for some time. • For bowel regulation, psyllium husk at night can help. With a consistent routine, digestion and bowel movements usually stabilize over 4 weeks. – if symptoms persist or any other problem then will shift to medicine for sometime

Yes it’s useful

Just stick to the prescription mentioned above. It is going to fix the digestive fire and will balance the dosha’s too. Don’t worry, you will be fine. Firstly Agni js fixed then it would be easy to balance Vata aadi doshas easily.

Thank u veryyy much doctor🙏

HELLO, Your symptoms show both Pitta aggravation and samana vayu (a subtype of vata) disturbance affecting digestion . Excess fasting weakened digestive fire-> causing irregular appetite, bloating, alternating constipation and loose stools, dryness and insomnia. Cooling medicines reduce pitta (acne) but weaken digestion-> gas, and heaviness. Heating medicines improve digestion but aggravate pitta and acne So treatment should balance pitta + regulate samana vayu + stabilize agni, not strongly cooling or heating MAIN AYURVEDIC VIEW -Samana vayu sits in the digestive region (near digestive fire) and controls digestion, nutrient absorption and appetite rhythm -Excess fasting + irregular meals deranged samana vayu-> irregular hunger, bloating, bowel changes GOAL -restore regular digestion -calm samana vayu -reduce mild pitta without suppressing digestion MANAGEMENT PLAN 1) CORRECT MEAL TIMING MOST IMPORTANT Samana vayu stabilizes when digestion becomes rhythmic -Eat 3 regular meals daily -Never skip breakfast -Eat every 4-5 hours -avoid overeating or long fasting BEST SCHEDULE -Breakfast= 7-9 am -Lunch= 12-1 pm main meal -Dinner= 6:30-7:30 pm light meal DIET -warm freshly cooked meals -moong dal khichdi -steamed vegetables -rice, wheat, oats -ghee very helpful for vata and gut healing -pomegranate -fennel -corriander -small amount cumin These support digestion without aggravating pitta AVOID for 1-2 months -excess fasting -raw salads -cold food/fridge food -excess fruits at night -beans causing gas rajma, chole -fermented foods excess curd, vinegar -very spicy, fried foods BEST SIMPLE DIGESTIVE FORMULA This balances both pitta and samana vayu AFTER MEALS TAKE -Roasted fennel + cumin powder -1/2 tsp after lunch and dinner =reduces gas, regulates appetite, supports samana vayu, cools pitta mildly FOR BLOATING AND GAS Take before meals -small slice ginger + pinch rock salt Improves samana vay movement and digestion If pitta very sensitive-> use dry ginger pinch in warm water instead FOR LOOSE MOTION AND CONSTIPATION ALTERNATION Use mild gut stabilizer Bilva + Musta + Nagarmotha = 1 tsp with warm water after meals =stabilize intestines, regulate bowel, reduce gas This combination is widely used for IBS- type symptoms in Ayurveda FOR ACNE + PITTA Instead of strong cooling medicines use mild pitta pacifiers -Coriander seed water -Amalaki rasayana= 1 tsp in morning -Guduchi Ghan Vati= 2 tabs twice daily after meals These cool pitta without suppressing digestion NIGHT ROUTINE FOR SAMANA VAYU To correct dryness + insomnia Before bed -1 tsp ghee in warm milk OR -warm water with ghee This nourishes vata and stabilizes digestion LIFESTYLE FOR SAMANA VAYU BALANCE Daily practices -eat calmly no phone or stress -10 min walk after meals -abdominal breathing -sleep before 10:30 pm Very helpful practice -vajrasnaa for 5 minutes after meals =Improves digestion and regulates samana vayu AVOID THESE MAJOR TRIGGERS Your main cause was excess fasting AVOID -intermittient fasting for now -long gaps between meals -dry foods -excessive detox or cleansing Your gut needs regular nourishment now RECOVERY TIME Since symptoms are > 6 months, samana vayu usually stabilizes in 4-8 weeks with proper diet routine Acne and digestion improve together once agni becomes stable DO FOLLOW HOPE THIS MIGHT BE HELPFUL THANK YOU

The root of the problem is disturbance of samana vayu along with irregular digestive fire This usually happens when there is excessive fasting and skipping meals especially breakfast When pitta is already aggravated the digestive system becomes very sensitive Samana vayu is responsible for proper digestion absorption and regulation of appetite When it becomes disturbed a person starts experiencing irregular hunger sometimes very frequent hunger sometimes no hunger bloating gas alternating loose stools and constipation dryness of skin disturbed sleep and acidity which moves downward when food is delayed Cooling medicines reduce pitta symptoms like acne and inflammation but because digestive fire is weak they suppress agni and create heaviness gas bloating and loss of appetite Heating medicines stimulate agni and reduce gas and bloating but they aggravate pitta and therefore the skin problem increases This means the treatment should not be strongly cooling or strongly heating but should regulate samana vayu and stabilize digestive fire The most important correction is meal timing Avoid fasting and avoid skipping breakfast Eat food at regular times because samana vayu functions properly only when the body receives food at predictable intervals Start the day with warm water followed by a light warm breakfast such as soft rice with moong dal thin khichdi or lightly cooked oatmeal with a small amount of ghee Warm cooked food is better than raw cold food when digestion is unstable Avoid cold drinks refrigerated foods heavy fried foods excess chilli sour junk food and avoid eating large quantities of raw salads because they increase vata and worsen bloating Prefer warm freshly cooked meals with simple spices like cumin coriander fennel and a small amount of ginger For regulating samana vayu and gas take Hingvastak churna half teaspoon with the first bite of lunch and dinner with a little ghee This supports digestion reduces bloating and helps the proper movement of vayu For pitta and acidity along with bowel irregularity take Avipattikar churna half teaspoon after lunch with warm water This helps in calming pitta while supporting proper bowel movement After lunch thin buttermilk prepared by diluting fresh curd with water and adding roasted cumin powder and a small pinch of rock salt can be taken This preparation improves digestion stabilizes samana vayu and reduces gas If bowel pattern alternates between loose stool and constipation Triphala churna half teaspoon with lukewarm water at night can regulate the intestine For balancing pitta without suppressing digestion Guduchi satva around five hundred milligrams twice daily after meals can be used because Guduchi supports agni while also calming pitta related skin inflammation Another support for samana vayu is abdominal oil massage Apply slightly warm sesame oil or ghee on the abdomen and massage clockwise for a few minutes daily This helps normalize the movement of vayu in the digestive region Sleep routine is important Sleep before eleven at night and avoid late night screen exposure Practicing slow breathing or alternate nostril breathing for ten minutes daily helps calm the nervous system which directly influences samana vayu With regular meals digestive fire gradually becomes stable Samana vayu begins to function normally and symptoms like bloating irregular hunger loose stools and acidity gradually improve with consistent routine and diet

Will these medicines work for pitta-ama along with mild vata imbalance? 1) sutshekhar ras (w/o gold)- 1-0-1 after meal 2)kamdudha ras (plain)2-0-2 before meal 3) Avipattikar churna at night before sleeping

Yea can be taken Take Avipattikara churna half tsp before meals And Kamadhuda ras start with one tab twice dialy n Sutashekara ras without gold as advised but along with that maintain proper meal timing avoid fasting long gap between meals easily digestible and warm foods avoid spicy sour food if you feel bloated include cumin carom n fennel n even hing in your diet

SAMANA VAYU BECOMES DISTURBED WHEN THERE IS EXCESS FASTING IRREGULAR MEALS AND STRONG PITTA HEAT IN THE STOMACH SO THE DIGESTIVE FIRE BECOMES UNSTABLE SOMETIMES TOO STRONG SOMETIMES TOO WEAK THAT IS WHY YOU ARE SEEING BOTH LOOSE MOTION AND CONSTIPATION GAS BLOATING IRREGULAR HUNGER ACIDITY AND SKIN REACTIONS THE FIRST STEP IS TO STOP FASTING AND NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST EAT SMALL WARM MEALS AT REGULAR TIME MORNING MIDDAY EVENING PREFER SOFT WARM FOOD LIKE RICE MOONG DAL KHICHDI COOKED VEGETABLES WITH A LITTLE GHEE AVOID RAW SALADS VERY SPICY FOOD FERMENTED FOOD AND LONG GAPS BETWEEN MEALS TO BALANCE SAMANA VAYU WHILE KEEPING PITTA CALM YOU CAN TAKE AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA HALF TEASPOON AFTER LUNCH AND DINNER WITH WARM WATER AND HINGWASHTAK CHURNA A SMALL PINCH WITH THE FIRST BITE OF FOOD TWICE DAILY THIS HELPS REGULATE AGNI REDUCE ACIDITY AND CONTROL GAS FOR LOOSE BOWEL AND INTESTINAL BALANCE TAKE KUTAJGHAN VATI ONE TABLET TWICE DAILY AFTER FOOD AND DRINK WARM CUMIN CORIANDER FENNEL WATER THROUGH THE DAY THIS COMBINATION GRADUALLY STABILIZES SAMANA VAYU IMPROVES DIGESTION AND REDUCES BOTH BLOATING AND IRREGULAR STOOL OVER TIME

The above description you tell us is Saman vyan vaigunya with underline Pitta vata imbalance your appetite and Bawal moments fluctuate due to dry and mobile qualities of vata while pitta component also cause acidity and skin issue So we have to focus between cooling and heating treatment drug that provide someone what balance and are deepan in nature without causing excessive heat 1) Dadimashtaka Churna- 3g With warm water twice daily after food 2) Amruthotharam Kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner 3) Dhanwantharam Pill- One pill crushed and mix with jeera water twice daily after food 4) Kalyanaka Ghritam- one teaspoon With warm milk or water at bedtime (you should start this when your loose motion stabilize) Avoid all cold drinks and raw salads everything should be warm cooked as slightly oily using he use buttermilk everyday with food and Pinch of roasted jeera and Ginger powder do not four speed but do not skip meal even a small bowl of War moong dal khichdi is better than empty stomach Use panel jeera coriander avoid red chilli and excessive garlic and onion Self massage whole body with warm se Samay oil and abdomen in clockwise direction 30 minutes before bathing
