Vata & pitta both imbalanced together bcoz of late night sleeping and excessive fasting.Now corrected both habits. My symptoms-dry skin,motion once a day but always loose,red skin rash on cheeks,bloating 24/7,gas,heaviness,Feeling cold all time,i don't sweat, , sometimes i feeling hungry every 2 hours sometimes don't feel hungry at all,insomnia,i feel hungry especially at 2-3 am and then start facing adhoga acidity(downwards),burning sensation in anus.Pls advise such medicine which don't increase weight i am already medium sized.

Start with Tablet Liv-52 1- 0-1 after food with water, will improve your digestion and balance your appetite Massage full body with extra virgin coconut oil or olive oil followed by warm water bath , do this twice weekly. Will help balance your vat
Kamdudharas 1-0-1 after food with water will help balance your pitta. Amala juice 10ml twice daily after food with water 20ml. water. Have hingvastak churan 1tsp with buttermilk after lunch Avoid curds at night. Avoid having combination of cooked and raw salads or fruits together, keep a gap of 20 minutes . i.e. eat salad or fruits 20 minutes before food or 20 minutes after food. Avoid processed,foods. Follow up after 15 days

This has weakened the digestive fire (Agni (digestive fire)), leading to symptoms like gas, bloating, loose stool, skin rash, acidity and irregular hunger. 1) Avipattikar churna- 3 gram with Luke warm water before sleep 2) Shankha Vati -1 tablet twice daily after meal 3) mustarishta - 15 ml mix with 15 ml water twice daily after meal 4) kamdudha ras - 250 mg twice daily with water Favor cooked warm easy to digest food avoid spicy fermented and very dry food hydration is important cumin coriander fennel water boil it drink it throughout the day apply shatdhauta ghrita to cheek rashes Since hunger strike at 2- 3am ensure your dinner is substantial enough but eaten early around 7 p.m. you may have a small cup of warm cow milk with Pinch of turmeric and nutmeg before bed to aid sleep
