I have a amh of 0.4 , afc 7 to 10also have high level of anti tpo and anti tgl ,I have obesity also, can u suggest medicine, 30 years female, pcod in scan

Your condition has three components together — low AMH (low ovarian reserve), PCOD, and autoimmune thyroid (high anti-TPO/anti-Tg). Treatment should focus on improving egg quality, balancing hormones, reducing inflammation, and weight correction. First understand clearly: AMH cannot be increased significantly, but egg quality and ovulation can be improved, which is the main goal. Weight reduction is very important. Even 5–10% weight loss can improve ovulation and hormone balance. Do daily 30–40 minutes brisk walking or exercise. Diet should be strictly regulated. Avoid sugar, bakery, maida, fried food, and packaged food. Reduce dairy excess. Include vegetables, protein (dal, paneer in moderation), nuts, seeds. Early dinner is important. Sleep before 11 PM. Late nights worsen PCOD and thyroid imbalance. Medicines: Kanchanar guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food. Ashokarishta 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food. Shatavari churna 3 grams twice daily with milk. Guduchi satva 500 mg twice daily. For thyroid autoimmunity and metabolism support: Arogyavardhini vati 1 tablet once daily after food. These help in hormone balance, reduce cyst tendency, and support reproductive health. Avoid taking random ovulation-inducing or stimulant medicines without supervision. Track cycles. If planning pregnancy, ovulation monitoring is helpful. Also check TSH, Vitamin D, and insulin resistance (fasting insulin/HbA1c). This condition needs consistent management for few months. The symptoms you describe above is due to combination of Artava-kshaya (diminished ovarian function), Granthi/Srotas Avarodha (blockage in channels), and Dhatvagni Mandya (impaired tissue metabolism). So i will focus on to improve the quality of existing follicles (since AFC is still 7-10), clear metabolic blockages, and manage the autoimmune thyroid component. 1) Sukumaram Kwath -15 ml with 45 ml warm water twice daily 30 minute before food 2)Varanadi Kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml warm water twice daily 30 minute before food 3) Kanchanara Guggulu-2 tablets twice daily after food 4) Hinguvachadi Choornam-1 tsp twice daily With warm water or butter milk 5) Phala Sarpi -1 tsp early morning on empty stomach Prefer old Barley Millets and Brown rice. Avoid refined flour (Maida) and excessive wheat. Vegetables: Karela Parwal Drumsticks and leafy greens. 1. Physical Activity: 30-45 minutes of brisk walking or (Surya Namaskar) Practice 15 minutes of Pranayam Ensure you are asleep by 10:30 PM. Proteins: use Moong Dal .Limit heavy lentils and soya products. Avoid: Curd white sugar, deep-fried foods, and excessive salt.
