Dr i feel that my stomach/ mucus lining has been inflamated/irritated/ damaged.pls tell is it true? Was facing downwards acidity so now i took ama pachna medicine & acidity problem is gone. But I cannot tolerate spicy foods they r increasing peristalsis inside & causing heaviness discomfort & slight pain on upper abdomen.My motion is never well formed it's always loose.Stool binders like dadimashtaka also not work now.On eating a little i feel full.Drying foods like mong daal n all r causing frequent belching & i feel full after eating 2 spoons.Bloating also there.On cheeks rosacea like redness with whole body skin is dry.Antacid( avipattikar,sutshekhar)r causing regurgitation without burning.Hunger sensation is also not proper it's there but it's strange type. Pls confirm is it mucus line irritation or vata pitta imbalance?

What you are experiencing is not just “stomach lining damage” alone. The pattern you described clearly shows a Vata-Pitta imbalance affecting the stomach and intestines, along with sensitive mucosal lining (gastric irritation). Loose stools, bloating, early fullness, intolerance to even light foods, belching, and irregular hunger indicate Vata disturbance, while burning with spicy food, redness on cheeks, and sensitivity indicate Pitta involvement. This combination makes the gut lining hypersensitive, so even normal foods feel irritating. The approach here is not strong acidity medicines or drying foods, but healing + soothing + stabilizing digestion together. Start with Shatavari churna ½ tsp twice daily with milk or warm water to heal and protect the gut lining. Take Yashtimadhu (licorice) churna ½ tsp twice daily before food for mucosal repair and to reduce irritation. Instead of strong antacids, use Praval Pishti 125 mg twice daily with honey or ghee to gently balance Pitta without aggravating Vata. For digestion, avoid strong or drying formulations for now. Take Hingwashtak churna a pinch with ghee before meals to reduce bloating and improve digestion without irritation. Diet is the most important part. Eat soft, warm, slightly oily foods like rice, moong dal khichdi, ghee, boiled vegetables. Completely avoid spicy, sour, fried, raw, and very dry foods. Do not eat in small random quantities; instead take small but properly timed meals. Your current symptoms like feeling full after 2 spoons, belching with moong dal, and loose stools show that the gut is over-sensitive and weak, not just acidic. With this approach, the lining heals, digestion stabilizes, and stool formation improves gradually over 3–4 weeks.

Don’t panic Avoid addiction if any. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Yashtimadhu 2-0-2 Cap.Florasante 1-0-1 Regular use of buttermilk. Follow up after 2 weeks.
