Weak digestion (Agni kam) Acid Reflux Kapha (phlegm) build-up Avipattikar Churna ½ tsp before meals Trikatu Churna ¼ tsp with honey (improves appetite) Sitopaladi Churna ½ tsp with honey (for phlegm) Diet Eat Light food (khichdi, dal) Warm water Ginger + salt before meals (small piece) Avoid Cold drinks, curd at night Oily, spicy food Overeating

The symptom which you describe above is due to Kapha and Pitta imbalance which is pointing towards amla Pitta with Mandagni or weak metabolic fire 1) Alsactil Tablet- one tablet 30 minute before food 2) Amruthotharam Kwath- 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water empty stomach morning and evening 3) Dadimashtaka Churna- 3 gram with first bite of your food 4) Dhanwantharam Gulika- one tablet after food twice Eat your largest meal at noon when the sun is at its peak. Avoid late-night dinners; ideally, finish your last meal by 7:00 PM. Avoid sleeping immediately after meals. Maintain an upright position for at least 2 hours post-dinner. Sleep on your left side to prevent acid from rising into the esophagus. Chew your food thoroughly until it is a liquid consistency before swallowing. Avoid Excessive red chili, black pepper, and garlic. Curd (especially at night), citrus fruits (lemon, oranges), and fermented foods (Idli, Dosa, Vinegar). Deep-fried snacks, refined flour (Maida), and carbonated drinks. Smoking, alcohol, and excessive caffeine (Tea/Coffee).
