Slowly reduce the dose of Asolam under medical supervision. Do not stop suddenly it can cause severe withdrawal. Take Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) powder ½ tsp twice daily – calms mind and reduces cravings. Take Ashwagandha powder 1 tsp with warm milk at night – for strength and stress relief. Shankhapushpi syrup – 1 tsp twice daily can help with anxiety and sleep. Diet & Lifestyle Eat light, warm, nourishing meals khichdi, dal, ghee, cooked vegetables. Drink warm water and avoid caffeine, alcohol, and junk food. Practice pranayama and meditation to reduce stress.
