Yeh problem ‘Vata-Pitta imbalance’ ki wajah se ho rahi hai, jis se gas, dard aur ghabrahat hoti hai.Pet ki agni (digestion) weak hai, isliye pet phoolna aur gas banti hai. –Dx: Vata-Pitta imbalance + Agnimandya —Rx: 1) Hingvashtak Churna – ½ tsp bd after meals 2) Triphala tab – 1 tab hs with warm water 3) Aimil Zymnet Plus Syrup – 2 tsp bd after meals 4) Aimil Amlycure d.s. Syrup – 2 tsp bd after meal —Advice: Garam, halka khana Ajwain/jeera after meals Pranayam daily –Follow-up: 2 weeks

Body & Back Pain, Weakness: Take Ashwagandha powder 1 tsp with warm milk at night. Daily light exercise or stretching for back. Apply Mahanarayan or Dhanwantharam oil for back massage. Gas, Bloating, Digestion: Take Triphala churna 1 tsp with warm water at night. Take Ajwain (carom seeds) water 1 tsp in warm water after meals. Avoid fried, oily, and junk food; eat light, cooked meals. Ghabrahat (Anxiety) Practice deep breathing (pranayama) 10–15 min daily. Drink warm herbal teas like ginger or chamomile.
