I’ve heard that Ayurveda focuses on balancing the body’s doshas – vata, pitta, and kapha – to treat illnesses holistically. How do I determine which dosha is out of balance in my case? Ashwagandha is another gem, great for boosting energy levels and calming your nervous system – about half a teaspoon twice a day with warm milk can help.
