Hello I understand your concern. Multiple symptoms like throat irritation, burning, weight loss, and anal discomfort after H. pylori indicate chronic gut irritation with Pitta + Vata imbalance, where the stomach lining is sensitive and healing is incomplete. The focus should be on healing gut lining, reducing acidity, and improving absorption. Start with Avipattikar churna ½ tsp at bedtime with warm water Kamdudha Ras 1 tablet twice daily after food Yashtimadhu churna ½ tsp twice daily with honey or warm water Keep diet very simple and soothing. Take soft foods like rice, moong dal, ghee, banana, and avoid spicy, sour, fried, and outside food completely. Do not stay empty stomach for long, eat small frequent meals. For anal pain and slight bleeding, it is likely due to fissure from irritation, so avoid straining and keep stools soft. Avoid late-night eating and sleep with head slightly elevated to reduce reflux. If bleeding increases or weight keeps dropping, then re-evaluation with doctor is important. Gradually your gut will heal with consistency. Warm Regards Dr Raghuveer SN

Your symptoms suggest three main issues: acid reflux (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), a possible untreated Helicobacter pylori infection, and a small tear near the anus called Anal fissure causing pain and bleeding. You should get tested again for H. pylori and check vitamin levels (B12, iron, vitamin D). These problems are treatable with proper medicines, diet changes, and local care.
