Your hair fall is due to increased Pitta dosha, which creates excess heat in the body and weakens the hair roots. To correct this, we need to cool and balance Pitta through proper diet, lifestyle, and scalp care. Avoid spicy, oily, and junk foods, and include cooling foods like amla and coconut. Regular oiling should be done. –Dx: Pitta prakopa → Kesh Patan Rx: 1) Aimil Amree Plus – 1 cap bd after meals 2)Aimil Protein Hair Oil – Apply 3–4×/week 3)Amla Bhringraj Shampoo – 2–3×/week —Pathya: Amla, coconut, green veg —Apathya: Spicy, oily, junk food Advice: Proper sleep, reduce stress —Follow-up: 4 weeks

This kind of hair fall at your age usually happens due to pitta imbalance along with weak digestion, when heat increases in the body it affects the scalp and hair roots leading to thinning and early hair fall since it has been there for some time, we need to cool down the system and nourish the hair from within medicines you can take amla churna 1 tsp daily with water bhringraj churna 1/2 tsp once daily sarivadyasava 10–15 ml with equal water after meals externally you can apply bhringraj oil or coconut oil regularly and avoid very hot water on scalp avoid spicy, fried, junk food, soft drinks and excessive bakery items as they increase pitta, include cooling foods like fruits, coconut water, soaked almonds, green vegetables maintain proper sleep and reduce late night habits as they directly affect hair health stress bhi control mein rakho aur simple breathing practices karo with regular care hair fall can reduce and thickness can gradually improve Heartful pranams Dr Raghuveer SN (Ayurvedacharya)

Thanks for the reply doc I live in usa. where would i get all suggested meds?

Hello, You’re seeing a very classic pitta aggravated hair fall pattern = early onset, thinning, heat in the system, and gradual weakness. The good news- this is revrsible if managed correctly and consistently for 3-6 months Root cause -excess pitta = damage hair roots -weak rakta dhatu (blood)= poor nourishment -mild stress + irregular diet= worsens shedding Diet correction (most important) -ghee 1-2 tsp/day -coconut water 4-5 times/week -amla (raw or juice) -soaked almonds 5-7 -green moong, rice, leafy veg -milk at night if digestible Avoid strictly for 2-3 months -spicy, oily, fried food -excess salt, sour pickles, junk -tea,coffee > 1 /day -fast food, packaged snacks Internal medications 1) Neelibringadi capsules= 1 cap twice daily after meal =strengthens root, reduces hair fall 2) Dhatri loha= 1 tab twice daily after meals = improves blood and pitta balance 3) Guluchyadi kashaya= 15ml + warm water twice daily after meals =best for pitta detox + inflammation Hair oil routine (very important) Use= neelibringadi keram -apply 3-4 times /week -keep overnight or atleast 1 hour -gentle massage o aggressive rubbing This directly cools scalp + stops follicles damage Hair wash -use mild herbal shampoo 2-3 times/week -avoid hot water major pitta trigger Lifestyle fix -sleep before 11 pm -avoid screen + stress at night -do sheetali pranayam (cooling breath ) - 5 min daily Timeline -3-4 weeks= hairfall reduces -6-8 weeks= thickness improves -3-6 months= visible regrowth If you ignore diet + only use oil -> won’t work fully Hairfall in pitta is internal first, external second Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Thanks for the reply doc I live in USA where would i get neelibringadi keram tablet and oil and other suggested meds?

Hello, In Ayurveda, hair fall (Khalitya) and thinning are often linked to an excess of Pitta Dosha, which “burns” the hair follicles. At 16, your body is in a high-growth phase, and high Pitta can manifest as heat in the scalp, leading to premature thinning. Since you’ve been eating Pitta-aggravating foods (spicy, sour, salty, and fermented items), the first step is to cool the system. Diet: Favor cooling foods like ghee, coconut, amla, and sweet fruits. Avoid chilies, vinegar, and excessive caffeine. Lifestyle: Avoid washing hair with very hot water and protect your scalp from direct, intense sunlight. 1. Iisandhanyadi Thailam (For External Application) A cooling herbal oil that helps soothe the scalp and strengthen roots. Dose: Gently massage 10–15 ml onto the scalp 30 minutes before bathing, at least 3 times a week. 2. Narasimha Rasayanam (For Internal Rejuvenation) A medicated paste known as a “Keshya” (hair tonic) that balances Pitta and provides nutrition. Dose: 1 teaspoon (approx. 5–10g) twice daily, followed by a glass of lukewarm milk or water, preferably on an empty stomach. 3. Chyavanaprash (For General Immunity & Pitta Balance) Rich in Vitamin C (Amla), it helps neutralize internal heat. Dose: 1 tablespoon every morning.

I checked distacart. Is it genuine? I mean is it authentic real platform for Ayurveda medicines? No counterfeit or fake medicines and sellers? Please give your opinion.

It is difficult to tell as such. You can check on google and than on distacart for the same contents. Or you can contact some local pharmacy for the same
