Yes, you likely have “Ama” (undigested toxins), but Panchakol might be too “hot” for your current condition. Because your issue started due to heat and increases with spicy food, your Pitta Dosha is high. Panchakol (a mix of Pippali, Pippalimoola, Chavya, Chitraka, and Nagara) is very heating. If you take it while your Pitta is already aggravated, it might increase the frequency of motions or cause a burning sensation (heartburn). The “stickiness” you described, despite taking Bilvadi Churna, is a classic sign of Sama-Atisara (loose motions with toxins). Go with: 1.Mustarishta 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 2.Chitrakadi vati 1 tab twice daily with lukewarm water before meals 3.Laja Peya (Puffed Rice Gruel): This is the “light diet” you missed. Eat puffed rice (Murmura) boiled in water with a pinch of dry ginger (Sunthi). It is very light and absorbs the stickiness. Eat---- *Buttermilk (Takra): Freshly made with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) and ginger. This is the “medicine” for sticky stools. *Pomegranate (Anar): Naturally binds stool and cools the gut. *Boiled Apple: Easy to digest and provides pectin to firm up stool. Avoid— *Spicy & Fried Food: Increases Pitta and liquefies stool. *Milk & Sweets: Increases stickiness (Ama). *Caffeine/Tea: Can irritate the bowel.

Tried having bilvadi churna then motion becomes well formed but sticky. So should I take panchkol for aam pachan?

Panchkol is strongly heating (ushna) and mainly used for ama with cold digestion, but your case shows: loose motion with spicy food stickiness heat involvement (pitta + ama) So using Panchkol may increase heat and worsen loose motion. Continue for stool control Bilvadi churna – 1/2 tsp, 2 times daily after food with lukewarm water For ama + stickiness (mild, not heating) Musta churna – 1/2 tsp, 2 times daily before food OR Kutaj ghan vati – 1 tab, 2–3 times daily Diet (very important) Eat: rice + moong dal (khichdi), curd rice, buttermilk with jeera Avoid spicy, oily, fried, outside food, tea excess Simple home remedy Buttermilk + roasted jeera + pinch of rock salt – 2 times daily
This is due to heat and improper diet, leading to weak digestion and intestinal irritation. That is why the stool is loose and sticky. For now, strictly control diet. Avoid spicy, oily, and heavy foods completely for a few days. Take simple food like moong dal, rice, curd (if it suits you), and other light meals. Drink only warm water. Panchkol is not suitable at this stage, as it is heating and can worsen loose motions. Since Bilvadi churna is helping, you can continue it. At home, take jeera water and buttermilk with roasted jeera, this helps reduce stickiness and improves digestion. Bilvadi churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily with warm water Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Musta churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily This will help control loose motion and normalize stool gradually.
