IBS with loose motions, mucus, gas and bloating usually indicates weak digestion with intestinal irritation. Stress and irregular food habits often make it worse. Keep your diet very simple and consistent. Avoid fried, oily, spicy, and outside food. Prefer warm, freshly cooked meals like moong dal, rice, soft roti, and boiled vegetables. Avoid cold drinks and raw foods for some time. Eat at fixed timings and do not skip meals. Overeating and long gaps both can worsen symptoms. Try to reduce stress, as it directly affects bowel movement. At home, you can take buttermilk with roasted jeera after lunch. Ginger with a pinch of salt before meals can help digestion. Warm water through the day will support gut function. Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Bilwadi churna – ½ teaspoon twice daily with warm water Vaidyanath Jeerakadyarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food This will help control loose motions, reduce mucus, and improve digestion gradually.
