i have chronic pancrease issue.but no stomach pain.i have this problem past 3 years.Im facing weight loss issue .

As you said pancreas issue ,kindly share me the reports to rule out . –Your symptoms suggest Agni mandya (weak digestive fire) and possible Pachak Pitta imbalance, leading to improper digestion and poor formation of Rasa and other dhatus, which can cause gradual weight loss even if appetite is increased. This condition is often related to Grahani dysfunction affecting absorption. –Rx: -Hinguvachadi Gulika – 1 tab BD before food with warm water -Agnitundi Vati 1 tab BD after food -Avipattikar Churna 1 tsp HS with warm water —Advice: Light warm diet, small frequent meals, avoid oily/fried food.

In Ayurveda, this indicates that while the “fire” isn’t causing inflammation (pain), it is too weak to convert food into body mass. ​ ​This condition is viewed as Agnimandya (weak metabolic fire) leading to Dhatu Kshaya (tissue depletion). Your body isn’t absorbing nutrients, specifically fats and proteins, causing the weight loss. The goal is to stimulate digestive enzymes and nourish the tissues without overloading the system. ​ 1. ​Dasamoolarishtam ​Dose: 25 ml twice daily, after food. ​Purpose: Improves digestion and helps regain lost weight by strengthening the body. 2. ​Dadimasthaka Churnam ​Dose: 3 grams (1 tsp) twice daily, mixed with warm water or buttermilk before food. ​Purpose: Enhances absorption and corrects the “Grahani” (malabsorption) issue. 3. ​Amrutarishtam ​Dose: 20 ml mixed with equal water, twice daily after food. ​ Clears metabolic toxins (Ama) and supports the pancreas. ​ ​Favor “Takra” (buttermilk processed with ginger and curry leaves). It is the best medicine for pancreatic malabsorption. ​ Deep-fried foods, heavy dairy (except buttermilk), and raw salads which are hard to digest.

Focus on improving digestion and nourishment. Eat small, frequent meals instead of large meals. Prefer warm, freshly cooked, easy-to-digest food. Avoid very oily, fried, and heavy foods as they can strain the pancreas. Include foods like moong dal, rice, soft vegetables, ghee in small quantity, and well-cooked meals. Avoid raw, cold, and processed foods. At home, you can take a small piece of ginger with a pinch of salt before meals to support digestion. Buttermilk with roasted jeera after meals can also help improve absorption. Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet twice daily before food Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashwagandha churna – 1 teaspoon with milk at bedtime This will help improve digestion, absorption, and support gradual weight gain. You need to focus on Pre-digested or Easy-to-assimilate nutrients: MCTs (Medium Chain Triglycerides): The pancreas struggles with heavy fats. Use small amounts of A2 Cow’s Ghee or Coconut oil, as these are easier to digest without heavy enzyme requirements. Takra (Buttermilk): Freshly churned buttermilk with a pinch of roasted cumin (Jeera) and dry ginger (Sunthi) is considered the best “medicine” for pancreatic issues in Ayurveda. Small, Frequent Meals: Do not eat large meals. Eat 5–6 small meals to avoid overloading the pancreas. Avoid: Alcohol (strict), smoking, spicy chilies, and heavy refined flours (Maida).
