Isse pachan theek se nahi ho raha, jiski wajah se sujan, patli mal, kamjori aur wajan kam ho raha hai. Iska ilaj Agni ko majboot karna, aur Vata-Pitta ko santulit karna hai—diet aur aushadhi ke through. –Diagnosis (Ayurveda): Agnimandya + Grahani (Vata-Pitta dushti) – Medicines 1) Neeri Tablet 1 tab BD (subah-shaam) after food 2) Amyron Syrup 2 tsp BD after food 3) Lukol Syrup 2 tsp bd 4) Amlycure ds Syrup 2 tsp BD before food 5) immunogest 1 tab once a day empty stomach ----- Diet Advice Light diet: khichdi, dahi, moong dal Avoid: fried, spicy, junk food Garam paani piyen ---- Advice Safai ka dhyan rakhein 10 din baad follow-up
