Your symptoms point to a functional imbalance rather than a single disease. In Ayurveda, this is mainly due to Vata + Pitta aggravation with low Agni (weak metabolism). Causes Vata imbalance (main) → causes vertigo, fatigue, breathlessness on exertion Pitta aggravation → leads to irritability, acidity, heat in body Agnimandya + Ama (toxins) → due to indigestion → blocks energy channels → low stamina Possible modern correlation: Early weakness / low hemoglobin Stress-induced fatigue Mild respiratory or cardiac deconditioning Rx 1. Medicines Ashwagandha → energy + stress balance Brahmi → calms mind, reduces irritability Drakshasava → improves strength & fatigue Avipattikar Churna → acidity control 2. Diet Take light, warm, easily digestible food Avoid spicy, fried, tea/coffee excess Include: ghee, moong dal, fruits, coconut water 3. Lifestyle Proper sleep Avoid overexertion Start mild breathing exercises (Pranayama) Morning walk (slow pace)
