I am suffering from pain and discomfort in my anus. I thought it was worms initially then I went to the clinic they said it’s haemorrhoids and they gave me Anusol but it’s burning my genitalia including my vulva ..What can I use to heal haemorrhoids herbally ? They’re externally.

External hemorrhoids (Arsha in Ayurveda) can be managed gently, especially if Anusol is causing irritation. Burning usually means your skin is sensitive or inflamed, so shift to soothing, cooling remedies. Rx 1. Local soothing care (very important) Apply Jatyadi oil externally 2–3 times daily Sitz bath: Sit in warm water with Triphala decoction or neem leaves for 10–15 mins daily A) tab triphala - 1 tab at bed time B) tab Gandrav haritki - 1 tab at bed time 2. Reduce swelling & pain Apply Aloe vera gel (fresh) directly on piles Use cold compress (wrapped ice) for quick relief from pain and swelling 3. Keep stools soft (root treatment) Take Triphala churna 1 tsp at night with warm water Drink plenty of warm water Include fiber: vegetables, fruits, soaked raisins 4. Avoid triggers Avoid spicy, fried, and very sour food Do not strain during bowel movement Avoid prolonged sitting 5. Stress control High stress worsens piles. Practice simple breathing (Pranayama) daily.

If the irritation continues or gets worse –Sitz baths (most important) Sit in warm water for 10–15 minutes, 2–3 times daily You can add: A pinch of turmeric Or 5-6 kmno4 crystals This improves blood flow and reduces swelling. —Internal 1)Amroid Tablets → 2 tablets, twice daily after meals ---- External 2) Amroid Ointment → Apply thin layer externally 2–3× daily (avoid vulva area) 3) panchakarma churn 1/2 tsf at night with Luke warm water — Support Sitz bath (warm water ± neem) – 2× daily Aloe vera or coconut oil (if burning) ----Avoid Anusol (since irritation) Straining, spicy food
