Liver Amrit constipation ke liye directly nahi diya jata, aur chhote bachchon me bia doctor ki salah ke avoid karein. Bachhe ki kabj ke liye 1–2 tsp ghee garam doodh me raat ko (age >1 year) Munakka 2–3 bhigo kar mash karke den Papaya, nashpati, banana, oats zyada den Paani zyada pilayein Baal Chaturbhadra Churna chhoti pinch with honey (if age >1 year) once/twice daily Gandharva Haritaki very small pinch at night (only under guidance) Agar 3–4 din se stool na aaye, पेट दर्द ya vomiting ho to doctor ko dikhayein.
