Ayurveda, the Anupana (vehicle with medicine) is very important, especially in Vata imbalance and when you are on other medications. 🔹 Pineapple Juice with Ayurvedic Medicine? Not recommended Pineapple is acidic & slightly heating (Pitta increasing) It may interfere with absorption and can aggravate imbalance Not ideal along with heart & osteoporosis medicines 🔹 Better Options (Recommended) Warm water – safest and compatible with all medicines Warm milk – good for Vata and bone strength
