Lekin ise raat ko aur uchit matra me hi lena chahiye, taaki adhik nidra ya susti na ho. —but if dizziness ya nausea kch bhi symptoms lge…then consult – and before using it tell your symptoms,age, from when u are facing issues? Any other other medicines u are taking? Or Sleep pattern so will able to advise u properly

Haan, aap Jatamansi, Vacha, Shankhpushpi, aur Brahmi ko ek saath le sakte hain. Ayurveda ke mutabiq, ye herbs milkar dimaag ko shanti dete hain aur neend ki samasya ko door karne mein madad karte hain. Sevan karne ka sahi tareeka: Sahi Samay: Kyunki aapko neend ki bahut zyada samasya hai, isliye ise raat ko sone se pehle lena sabse behtar hai. Savadhaani: Ise sahi matra (dosage) mein hi lein taaki subah uthne par aapko susti ya zyada neend mehsoos na ho. Side Effects: Agar aapko chakkar (dizziness) ya ulti jaisa (nausea) lage, toh ise turant rok dein aur doctor se salaah lein. Sahi dosage jaan’ne ke liye : Aapki umar (age) kya hai? Aapko neend na aane ki pareshani kab se hai? Kya aapko sone mein dikkat hoti hai ya phir raat mein baar-baar neend toot-ti hai?
