19 वर्ष के बाद लंबाई बढ़ना सीमित हो जाता है, क्योंकि हड्डियों की ग्रोथ प्लेट बंद होने लगती है। लेकिन सही दिनचर्या से पोश्चर, स्ट्रेचिंग और शरीर की मजबूती से 1–2 इंच तक सुधार संभव है। क्या करें? 1. आहार (Height & Bone nourishment): रोज़ दूध + 1 चम्मच घी अश्वगंधा चूर्ण (½ चम्मच दूध के साथ रात में) शतावरी / सफेद मूसली (डॉक्टर की सलाह से) खाएं: बादाम, तिल, दालें, हरी सब्जियां, फल अवॉइड: जंक फूड, कोल्ड ड्रिंक, ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी 2. योग व एक्सरसाइज: ताड़ासन, भुजंगासन, सूर्य नमस्कार रोज़ हैंगिंग (लटकना) 2–3 मिनट स्ट्रेचिंग एक्सरसाइज सुबह-शाम 3. नींद (बहुत जरूरी): रोज़ 7–8 घंटे गहरी नींद जल्दी सोना → ग्रोथ हार्मोन एक्टिव रहता है 4. जीवनशैली: सीधा बैठना-चलना (Posture सुधारें) तनाव कम रखें परिणाम 2–3 महीने में पोश्चर और बॉडी स्ट्रेच में सुधार लंबाई में थोड़ा-बहुत सुधार संभव 19 के बाद बहुत ज्यादा height बढ़ाना संभव नहीं, लेकिन सही उपाय से आप अपनी नैचुरल मैक्सिमम हाइट तक पहुंच सकते हैं।
