Weight loss mein sirf Medohar Guggulu se hamesha achha result nahi milta, especially agar metabolism slow ho, sleep poor ho, stress ho, ya thyroid/PCOS ho. Ayurvedic treatment Medohar Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water. Triphala Churna 1 tsp with warm water at night. Punarnavadi Kwath 15 ml + equal warm water twice daily before meals. For sleep: Saraswatarishta 20 ml with equal water at night after food. Diet: Dinner early and light rakhein. Daily 30–40 min brisk walking. Avoid bakery items, cold drinks, fried foods, day sleep, and repeated snacking. Also check TSH (thyroid), HbA1c/sugar, vitamin D, and if periods irregular then PCOS evaluation.
