Diabetes, stress, and medicines can also contribute. Avoid: Oily/fried foods Heavy dinner Excess tea/coffee Very spicy food Take smaller, more frequent meals instead of large meals. At home: Warm rice gruel, buttermilk with roasted jeera, and light homemade food may help regulate bowel movements. Kutajghan vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Bilwadi churna – ½ tsp twice daily with warm water Takrarishta – 15 ml with equal water after lunch and dinner These may help reduce urgency and improve stool consistency gradually. Since you have diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, avoid self-medicating heavily and continue regular follow-up with your physician.
