I’ve been reading about doshas, and I think I have a lot of Kapha characteristics. I tend to feel sluggish, gain weight easily, and I often crave sweet or heavy foods. My routine is pretty sedentary because I work from home, and I notice that when I don’t exercise, these symptoms get worse. Are these typical Kapha characteristics, or could it be something else? I also struggle with motivation and feel stuck in my habits. From what I’ve read, Kapha characteristics include stability and calmness, but I don’t feel like these traits are helping me.
