When i poop my anus irritates too much .. it bleed for just 2 times in 6 months ....it is pregnancy generated piles...how could i cure these piles....i have used ointments for these..... rice doesn't cause any problem to me

Internal medications- 1. Soornadi lehyam 1 tsp , morning empty stomach followed by warm water 2. Kankanayan vati 2-0-2 before breakfast and dinner 3. Duralabharistham 30ml-0- 30ml after breakfast and dinner 4. Abhyaristham 20 ml at bed time

External treatment 1. Nimba choornam + aradgwadha choornam for sitz bath - put 10 gm of each in 3 litre of water boil and reduce to half and use it for sitz bath 2. After sitz bath apply pilex ointment in day time 3. Jathyadi ghritham - apply in tha anal region at night time

1) Shanka vati… 2 tablets 2 times a day before food

2) Triphala churna… 1tea spoon with 1 glass of water ( if you feel loose stools after taking it then you can take half tea spoon )

3) Madiphala rasayana… 10ml 2 times a day before food

4) Kusumoline ointment ( apply before going to motion & even after coming from motion )

I am currently a PG 2nd yr student in the dept of Shalakya Tantra at Parul Institute of Ayurveda and Research, batch 2024. I joined right after UG—no break—straight into PG (regular batch). I did my undergrad from Rajiv Gandhi Ayurveda Medical College (2017 batch, CCRAS syllabus under Pondicherry Univ). Somehow managed to secure 2nd rank university-wide back then, which I didn’t totally expect. Right now, my core interest lies in the Ayurvedic and integrative management of eye disorders. I’ve got decent exposure to both classical texts and clinical practice. From anatomy to pathology, I try to stay grounded in both the traditional Ayurvedic view and also the modern opthalmic understanding, especially with conditions related to the cornea, retina, and anterior segment. During PG deputation in 2nd year, I handled like 200+ OPD patients daily within 1–2 hrs (felt crazy at first but got used to the pace).
