Chronic constipation - #20532

Aabi

I have used a lot of medicines but relief is temporary. I tried laxatives, herbal medicine like nutriplum by nutrifactor, triphla powder, neem powder, but not work. It all works while I am using when stop to use it got again.

Hello… Dont warry here your problem will be solved… Just have lot of water & fiber diet with daily one banana after food

1) Mustaka arishta… 10 ml 2 times a day 2) Tablet Anuloma - DS… 2 tablets night while sleeping 3)Tablet Amlamed before food 2 Tablet 2 times a day 4) Triphala churna with warm water 2 times after food

Instead, natural supplements that support digestion can be considered, like regular use of Triphala—try to take half teaspoon mixed with warm water before bed, consistently for a few weeks for deeper effect.

If all else fails and symptoms persist, it might be time to consult an Ayurvedic practitioner personally for panchakarma or personalized recommendations. Balancing doshas specifically with tailored herbs and treatments is something best handled with expert guidance.
