Im not pregnant like not any symptoms but my periods are not coming from 6 months and there is whitish discharge very low in amount no cramps pain anything but always feels bloated, fully stomach and there is movable mass seen in the lower abdomen

According to Ayurveda, a healthy and a regular menstrual cycle is a sign of balanced DOSHAS especially VATA and PITTA and good reproductive health. In your case, the absence of periods for six months with a feeling of fullness and why is discharge indicates an imbalance primarily in APANA VATA-type of VATA that governs downward movement including menstruation, elimination, and reproductive function When Apana vata gets obstructed or displaced , it can lead to a suppression of the natural flow of menstruation. The persistent bloating fullness and movable mass in the lower abdomen suggest accumulation of AMA(toxic, and digested material), possibly leading to granthi ( benign cystic formation) or yonigata gulma ( mass in the reproductive area) as per classical ayurvedic descriptions. The low whitish discharge ( Shweta Pradara) without pain or burning points to mild kapha aggravation, and a lack of proper Agni(digestive/metabolic fire) At your age and with no chronic illness, this condition is usually reversible with proper care Our focus will be to pacify vata, improve Agni, detoxify the system and gently stimulate menstrual function . History of amenorrhea since six months need to be ruled out properly, as you’re telling you’re not pregnant confirm with either urine pregnancy test or ultrasound scan, and you’re telling that there is a movable mass that should be evaluated first that also might be the reason for your ammenorrhoea, that might be cyst or any fibroid, meanwhile, check your CBC thyroid test accordingly, we can start medication after knowing the exact root cause for your amenorrhea

I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I am an Ayurvedic doc trained mainly in Shalakya Tantra—basically, I work a lot with issues of the eyes, ears, nose, oral cavity, head... all that ENT zone. It’s a really specific branch of Ayurveda, and I’ve kind of grown to appreciate how much it covers. I deal with all kinds of conditions like Netra Abhishyanda (kinda like conjunctivitis), Timira and Kacha (early or full-on cataract), Adhimantha (glaucoma stuff), Karna Srava (ear discharge), Pratishyaya (chronic colds n sinus), Mukhapaka (mouth ulcers), and even dental stuff like Dantaharsha (teeth sensitivity) or Shirashool (headaches & migraines). I use a mix of classic therapies—Tarpana, Nasya, Aschyotana, Karna Purana, even Gandusha and Dhoomapana when it fits. Depends on prakriti, the season, and where the person’s really struggling. Rasayana therapy and internal meds are there too of course but I don’t just throw them in blindly... every plan’s got to make sense to that individual. It’s kind of like detective work half the time.
