I am a bit confused and need some advice. Lately, I've been struggling with digestion issues, mostly bloating and occasional heartburn. A friend mentioned draksharishtam and its uses, but honestly, I'm not sure how it might help me. I read somewhere that draksharishtam uses are great for aiding digestion, but I'm also concerned that it could make my stomach even more upset. I’ve been feeling kinda lost and stressed about my health lately. Can anyone share their experiences or insights on how draksharishtam uses have worked for you, especially for digestive problems? I really wanna feel normal again! Thanks!
