Ek maa ke roop mein delivery ke baad sharir mein jo badlav aate hain, woh samanya hain — lekin agar 2 saal baad bhi aapko apna purana glow, urja aur sukoon wapas mehsoos nahi ho raha, to isse nazarandaaz karna theek nahi hoga.

Aapne bataya ki aapka skin tone ab pehle jaisa nahi raha, wajan kam ho raha hai, choti baaton par gussa aa jata hai, stress hai, aur periods bhi theek se nahi aate. Ye sabhi cheezen ek doosre se judi hui hain. Ayurved ke hisaab se yeh lakshan dikhate hain ki sharir ka andaruni santulan — khaaskar hormones, pachan, aur maansik sthiti — thoda hil gaya hai. Delivery ke baad sharir ko poori tarah se sudharne ka samay aur sahara nahi mila, isliye ab yeh prakop dikh rahe hain.

🌿 Aapke Lakshan ko Samajhne ki Koshish Karein: 1. Twacha ka dull ho jaana aur wajan ghatna Ye is baat ka sanket hai ki aapke sharir mein poshan ki kami ho gayi hai. Jab hamara pachan theek se kaam nahi karta, ya sharir mein ras aur rakta jaise dhatu utne nahi bante, to iska asar sabse pehle twacha par aur wajan par padta hai. 2. Gussa, chinta aur choti baaton par reaction Ye Vata aur Pitta dosha ke asantulan ka prabhav hota hai. Delivery ke baad Vata prakop hona bahut aam baat hai — jis se anxiety, ghabrahat, chanchalta aur mood swings aate hain. Jab iske saath Pitta bhi badh jaye, to gussa aur stress dono badh jaate hain. 3. Periods ka irregular aur kam hona Ye bata raha hai ki Apana Vayu — jo periods ko regulate karta hai — sahi se kaam nahi kar raha. Jab garbhashaya ki safai poori tarah nahi ho pati, ya sharir mein dhatu kshaya ho jata hai, to periods time par nahi aate, kabhi bahut kam hote hain ya kabhi miss bhi ho jaate hain.

🪔 Aapke Liye Ayurvedik Chikitsa Ki Salah:

Divya ji, ab aapke sharir ko dobara se santulan, poshan aur vishraam chahiye — taki andar se aapka glow, energy aur sukoon wapas aaye. Chikitsa ke teen pehlu rahenge: aahar (diet), vihar (lifestyle), aur aushadhi (herbal support).

1. Aahar (Diet): • Aapke liye ghrit (ghee), badam, khajoor, munakka, aur sukhadi jaise poshak padarth bahut upyogi rahenge. Inmein sharir ko dobara se mazboot banane ki shakti hoti hai. • Din mein do baar saunf, ajwain, dhania aur mulethi ka halka kadha le sakti hain — ye agni ko sudharne aur stress kam karne mein madad karega. • Junk food, bahut thanda ya sukha khana, aur over-fermented cheezen abhi avoid karna best rahega.

2. Vihar (Lifestyle): • Har din nariyal ya bala taila se body massage (Abhyanga) karna aapke liye ek uphaar hoga. Ye Vata ko shaant karega aur twacha ko poshan dega. • Thoda surya prakaash lena, yaani dhoop mein 10-15 minute baithna — vitamin D ke alawa aapke mood aur hormones dono ke liye upyogi hai. • Yog aur pranayama mein: • Vajrasana, Bhujangasana aur Baddha Konasana — reproductive organs aur mood ke liye bahut labhdayak hain. • Anulom Vilom, Bhramari aur Sheetali — man ko shaant karne mein sahayak.

3. Aushadhi (Herbal Support):

Please do a thyroid profile. If you had any complications in your pregnancy like sugar or bp or thyroid please check all that again.

Do Meditation daily. Anulom Vilom pranayam. Surya Namaskar daily for half an hour. Keep yourself hydrated. Prefer whole fruits over fruit juices. Eat home cooked food with less salt.

Donot eat oily, spicy, packed, processed food. Avoid bakery items. Avoid tea and coffee. Limit the use of dairy products specially GHEE. Excess Ghee can also cause problems. Donot eat outside food.

Syp. Evecare forte 2 tsp twice a day before food. Syp. Dashmoolarishta 2 tsp twice a day before food. Shatavari kalp 2tsp with 1 cup milk in the morning.

Sesame oil light massage to the whole body half an hour before bath followed by hot water bath.

रात्रि भोज 9 बजे 2-3 चपाती, 1 कटोरी सब्जी, 1 कटोरी दाल + घी चावल + कोई भी मिठाई (खीर/पायसा) नवंबर शाकाहारी - चिकन/अंडा/मछली (यदि आप मांसाहारी हैं)।

बिस्तर पेय 1 गिलास गुनगुना दूध + हल्दी + इलायाची + खजूर + खसखस

Now, whether in OPD consultations or Panchkarma wards, I try to meet patients with empathy and patience. I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed. My belief is that Ayurveda should be accessible and authentic, not complicated or intimidating. My aim is simple—help people move towards long term wellness, not just temporary relief. I see health as balance of body, mind and routine.. and I want my practice to guide patients gently into that space.

And idk, after seeing it play out so many times, I do believe combining updated medical practice with basic empathy really shifts outcomes. Doesn’t have to be complicated... it just has to be consistent. I keep up with research too—new drugs, diagnostics, cross-specialty updates etc., not because it’s trendy, but cuz it’s necessary. Patients come in better read now than ever. You can’t afford to fall behind. The end goal’s the same tho—help them heal right, not just fast. Ethical practice, evidence-based, and sometimes just being there to explain what’s going on. That’s what I stick to.
